If needed, a consultation with a babywearing consultant is offered free of charge with every purchase. We also recommend that you practice your preferred babywearing method by following these guidelines:
- Keep the baby's face uncovered and their chin away from their chest to keep their airways clear.
- Carry the baby high enough, at kissing height!
- Ensure that the baby's bottom is lower than their knees with a rounded back. The fabric should be distributed from one knee to the other.
- Make sure the fabric is spread over your shoulders and properly wraps the baby.
- You and baby should be comfortable; if not, try repositioning the baby. A little practice may be necessary!
Your scarf is ready to use right out of the box! It's soft and supple, but we recommend washing it before use. Take good care of your scarf for better durability. When it's time to wash it, follow the washing instructions provided in your manual.
- We ship your orders from our warehouse in the Pays de la Loire region of France, Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.
The warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- You can return your scarf up to 14 days after receiving your order for a full refund. Please ensure the scarf is in its original, unused condition before returning it. Please use the contact form to let us know if you wish to return your product.
