Our Story

For all orders placed on our website before 12:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays), shipping will take place the same day. Otherwise, the order will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of new product launches, restocking, or promotions, order preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer. Our teams are doing everything possible to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
When a shipping date is indicated on the product page, this must be taken into account (it is a pre-order).
If you order multiple items, some of which are available immediately and others not, we will wait until we receive all the items ordered before shipping your package.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen.
Prices and delivery times in France:
Delivery to a Chrono Relais collection point (3 working days): €5.99 (free for any order of €200 or more)
Colissimo with signature (2 to 4 business days): €10.90
FedEx Express Delivery (24 hours): €15.99
Please note that Bud and Blossom is not responsible for delivery delays once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, as these delays are beyond our control.
To ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas, we encourage you to place your order before December 15th . After that date, delivery times may be longer.
If one of our products is not suitable for you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your package.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) and without having been used or washed.
Any return that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to choose a delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt, as you remain responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse.
To make a return, please contact us directly via the contact form or by email at bonjour@budblossomslings.com so that we can provide you with the return address.
Once the return is received, its condition will be inspected and the refund will be issued within 10 days.
