Deliveries & Returns

Order Preparation:

For any order placed on our website before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays), shipping will occur on the same day. Otherwise, the order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

During new product launches, restocks, or promotions, preparation and shipping times may be slightly extended. Our teams make every effort to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

If a shipping date is indicated on the product page, this date must be taken into account (it is a pre-order).

If you order several items, some of which are available immediately and others are not, we will wait to receive all ordered items before shipping your package.

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier.

Prices and delivery times in France:

  • Delivery to a Chrono Relais pick-up point (3 business days): €5.99 (free for any order greater than or equal to €200)

    You can choose your Chrono Relais point after payment. If forgotten, the package will be shipped to the nearest available pick-up point.

  • Home delivery (1 business day): €10.90

Please note that Bud and Blossom is not responsible for delivery delays once the shipment is entrusted to the carrier, as these delays are beyond our control.

Returns:

Returns and refunds

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product does not suit you, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To make a return request, log in to your customer account on https://account.budblossomslings.com and click on "Return" next to the relevant order. Your request will be automatically transmitted to us, and we will send you a return label within 24 business hours.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), and must not have been used or washed.

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduction in the refunded amount, or even a refusal of refund.

Return shipping fees are €15. This amount will be deducted from the refund once the return is received and validated by our team.

Once your package is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it. If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order within a maximum of 10 days.

Discounted Products

Items identified as "Discounted" benefit from a preferential rate. These products are offered for final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, except in the event of non-conformity or hidden defects as provided by law.
